Gluten-Free Monster Cookies

Some people love pies, some love cakes, I love cookies. Cookies are the best go-to sweet treat for any occasion.

Perfect with tea, coffee, milk, or lemonade on a hot summer day. Cookies can be like a pizza in a way; some like it with just maybe one or two toppings or none at all. But for me, I love my cookies and pizza the same way…loaded.

These monster cookies have everything but the kitchen sink in them. And they are delicious!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

½ Cup Brown sugar

2/3 Cup White sugar

½ Teaspoon Vanilla

¼ Tablespoons butter

1 Cup Peanut butter

1 ½ Teaspoon baking soda

3 Cups rolled oats (gluten free)

2 Cups Chocolate chips

1 Cup M&Ms

½ Cup Chopped Pecans

½ Cup Coconut flakes

¼ Cup Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat together all ingredients except for the oats, M&Ms, pecans, chocolate chips, and coconut. Beat until fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients and scoop desired size cookies onto cookie sheet. Place 2-3 inches apart, depending on how large you want your cookies you could get 3 dozen.

Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until done.
